We are open and offering contact-free home delivery. 

Shipping Policy

Dispatch: 

We usually process orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day, dispatch following the morning after. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this may take an extra day.  

Delivery: 

Standard delivery can take between 3-4 working days from dispatch. 

All Standard deliveries can be tracked. We will email you a tracking reference number for you to be able to follow your parcels.  

Standard delivery is sent via DHL on a tracked 48-hour service. DHL aims to deliver you parcel 2-3 working days (including Saturdays) but please note this is not a guaranteed service.  

Next Day Delivery has been temporarily removed due to the couriers not being able to guarantee this service. 

Do you offer free shipping?  

Yes, we occasionally offer free shipping when we have a promotion running or discount code on offer. 

Can I track my order?  

Your dispatch email with include a tracking number or reference code. Once your parcel has left our dispatch area you will receive an email where you can fully track it via the DHL tracking website.  

Returns & Refunds  

We have a 25 day return policy. If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.  

Refunds If applicable 

Once your return is received and inspected by the QC team, we will then send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and x amount with automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (dependent on method of payment).  

Late or missing refunds if applicable  

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,  

Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and in your account.  

Then, if the refund has still not reached your account, please contact your bank. As there might be delays in officially posting the refund.  

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@taypack.com.  

Exchanges if applicable 

We do not offer an exchange service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in contact with us at shop@taypack.com 

Return Shipping  

We do not pay for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping cost for returning your item. Return costs are non-refundable. We do advise using a tracked service to return your order as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned order.
